Using this website or sending an enquiry does not create an ongoing engagement, lodge an application or protect a deadline. Check current official information before acting. Consultation terms

The five consultation types cost AUD $350 including GST and allow up to 60 minutes. Document preparation review costs AUD $250 including GST and allows up to 45 minutes. The service scope is shown before booking. When instant reservations are available, a reservation reference confirms that the selected time is held with payment pending. We contact you with payment instructions and meeting details. A callback or consultation request acknowledgement does not reserve a time. No payment is taken through the reservation form.

The fee is for the consultation itself — a structured discussion of your circumstances and possible next steps — not a fixed block of billable time. Session lengths above are the time allocated, not a guaranteed duration. Straightforward matters are sometimes resolved in less time than the full allocation; the consultation is still complete, and the fee is not reduced or refunded on that basis. If a matter needs more time than allocated, we'll tell you before the session ends so you can decide whether to continue in a follow-up appointment.

Consultations do not include preparing or lodging a visa application, extensive document review, or a guarantee of any outcome. Any further work requires a separate agreed scope and professional fee.

Consultation fee credits

The Initial migration consultation, Skilled migration consultation, Partner pathway consultation, Employer sponsorship consultation and Decision and review consultation fees are credited toward your professional fee if the same matter proceeds with us. The Document preparation review fee is not separately creditable.

Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds

You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge by contacting the practice with your reservation reference. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments without notice are not refunded, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If we need to reschedule, we will offer the next available slot at no additional cost. Contact us if a suitable alternative cannot be agreed.

Refunds are processed manually to the original payment method after checking the cancellation and payment records. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Privacy and documents

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. Do not submit passports, health or character records, or full case files through general enquiry forms. Ask your agent for an authorised secure channel. Marketing consent is optional and separate from service communications.
